Storable's current FAQ for the product states: "Sitelink is billed monthly and only requires a monthly commitment... you're free to cancel at any time." A separate, older FAQ still live on sitelink.com's own web-edition page states: "There are no long term contracts. A nominal one-time fee and a monthly subscription apply to each SiteLink license. There are no add-on fees for features... Most operators require one license per location." Neither page gives a dollar figure, and it is unverified whether the one-time fee described on the older page still applies.
 Cloud-based self-storage management software: online reservations and rentals (Web Pay & Reserve), SiteLink Price Optimizer for rate changes, an interactive property map, SiteLink Merchant Services or a partner for card/ACH payment processing, TOTAL CRM and Lead to Lease workflows, SiteLink eSign electronic signatures, and TOTAL Accounting financial reporting with QuickBooks/Great Plains integration. Loaded with its defaults (1 location, 100 units, yearly billing, USD) it displays "$90/mo" — 10% below the $100/month figure above, because yearly billing is discounted (decoded from the calculator's own script: yearly price = 0.9 x the monthly amount; the underlying USD base rate is $100, with different base rates for GBP ($80), EUR ($100), and AUD ($150)). Directly beside the calculator the page reads: "Get in touch with us for detailed pricing for your specific needs," and its FAQ adds: "For an exact quote for your business, please reach out to us and we'll share the exact costs based on your business size and needs."
