Unit Trac publishes its full price list.
A single flat per-unit rate: $0.70/unit/month, with a $30.00/month minimum. "Unit" means whatever is rented out (storage unit, parking spot, boat slip, apartment, etc). The price includes lease management, the interactive site map, a facility website, customer portal, invoicing, reporting, and API access. The page states "No Setup Fees" and "No Contracts". Integrated payment processing, gate automation, and a premium website/SEO tier are priced separately as add-ons.
