Kicksite publishes its full price list.
Published pricing is a flat monthly fee banded by active student count, with every feature included on every tier: $49/month for 0-25 students, $99/month for 26-50, $149/month for 51-100, and $199/month for 101+. Annual billing is offered "at a significant discount" per the Terms of Service, but no annual price or discount percentage is published; the pricing page says to ask about it when booking a demo.

Trial and commitment

- 14 days per the Terms of Service [src] Terms of Service: "We offer a 14-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. You will automatically be charged unless you notify us of the cancellation before the last day of the free trial." Separately, the pricing page's demo-request section reads "Your first 30 days are free!" — the two vendor pages state different trial lengths and were not reconciled; see discrepancy note.
- Contract
- Month-to-month by default: cancellation requires a written 30-day cancellation notice submitted through the account's Billing section, and fees accrued before the notice takes effect are still owed. Annual Plans are a 12-month subscription that automatically renews every 12 months unless canceled before the next payment date; canceling early does not prorate, discount, or refund the remaining term (access continues until the term expires).
