Gymdesk publishes some prices and quotes the rest.
Five tiers priced by active-member band, each a flat monthly fee covering the full platform (no feature gating between tiers): Micro Gym $75/month (up to 50 active members), Small Gym $100/month (51-100), Medium Gym $150/month (101-200), Large Gym $200/month (201-400), and Enterprise (400+), which is custom-priced via a sales call. The pricing page states plans are month to month, with no mention of an annual billing option or discount. The vendor's "active members" count excludes visitors, frozen or cancelled members, and prospects. The first location is included; each additional location is $50/month and shares the same member database, staff accounts, and reporting.
